Income: The gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 2.5x monthly rent

Credit:  Depending on other criteria; no property debt, no evictions (both less than 3yrs or reported within the last 3yrs). A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay.
Criminal: no felony convictions (less than 10yrs old), no violent, drug, or sexually related misdemeanors

Estimated Application Costss:
Application $125/person over the age of 18
Holding Fee $200 *paid at time of applying & will go towards move-in costs upon approval
**Falsification of application will result in denial of a refund of the application fee**
